Ordering
Please order via the order form on this site and wait for an invoice from us. Thank you.
Payment
Payment is by cheque or by card. Please wait for our invoice in both instances.
Delivery
Delivery is by first class royal mail to the UK only and your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Recorded and international delivery is by request only and incurs a fee. Please allow 7 working days from the point of dispatch for delivery to cover any delays beyond our control. You will receive an email notification upon dispatch.
Refund / Privacy
Every effort is made to offer the best customer service possible. If you are in doubt about whether you can have a refund / exchange on any of our products, please contact us to discuss the issue.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds / Exchanges can be given for the costs of the product(s) within 14 days of receipt for:-
any broken or faulty item any unwanted item EXCEPT those listed *below, provided it is sent back in its ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition.Please contact us first so that we know to expect a return and for us to give you a returns address.
Refunds will only be given after the item(s) has been returned, inspected by us and we determine it to be unused and re-sellable.
*Personalised Combinations: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given for a personalised combination if you change your mind - this is a personalised combination made just for you and cannot be sold onto anyone else - so please make sure you want it before purchasing it.
*Postage Costs: I'm sorry, but we cannot refund postage costs for returns as we are too small a business, but the best care is always taken in packaging to ensure the product reaches you in prestine condition.
PRIVACY POLICY
You are initially invoiced for all card payments and this will be via PayPal's system which is a secure service. To view PayPal's privacy (and security) policy please click HERE. Your card details are processed through Paypal, they are not seen by the owners of this website.
Any information gathered by Potions For Emotions are kept strictly confidential and never shared with any third parties.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
