REFUND POLICY

Refunds / Exchanges can be given for the costs of the product(s) within 14 days of receipt for:-

 any faulty item any unwanted item EXCEPT personalised combination essences, provided it is sent back in its ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition

Please contact us first so that we know to expect a return and for us to give you a returns address.

Refunds will only be given after the item(s) has been returned, inspected by us and we determine it to be unused and re-sellable.

Refunds and exchanges CANNOT be given for a tarot reading, if 'the spell didn't work', or a personalised combination if you change your mind - this is a personalised combination made just for you and cannot be sold onto anyone else - so please make sure you want it before purchasing it.

We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcels returned to us. We advise you to send by recorded delivery. If your items arrives damaged we advise you to contact us immediately. We will require the item back in order to inspect the damage, so that we can ascertain if it is a design fault or postal damage. If it is deemed that the item is faulty by design your postage costs to return the item to us will be refunded in full. Please do not allow a third party to taper with or attempt to repair any fault as this will invalidate any guarantee.

Customers are responsible for knowing their own country's customs legislation and no refund will be given if your order is not received due to your country's customs legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
