1st class / airmail postage (not recorded) is free.

If you require a recorded sevice, you must add £3.50 to your order by clicking on the button that you'll see on the Shop Navigator page.

Within the UK, items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail and you can expect your order within 3 working days.

Outside the UK, items are sent via Airmail. This can take up to two weeks.

All customers are resposible for their own country's customs legislation and Potions For Emotions / Wild Witch Supplies and the site's owners will not be held responsible if an item is not received due to these legislations.

Our labels contain all the necessary information and are very clear to read, but please excuse us if they are not of the up-market, glossy ilk! We are a very small business and some of our labels are even handwritten in places to be economical with cost. This in no way affects the quality of the service you will receive and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding on this.
