A: That's all you should need. It's important to hone in on what your 'true' issues or problems are. If you can't narrow it down to 7 essences, you're looking too far and wide. Try prioritising your symptoms / problems and dealing with them one at a time.

Personalised Combinations
You can choose your own combination using any of the single essences described on this site, inc. Bach Flower Remedies, Indigo Essences and DnA Essences. It is recommended that you choose no more then 7 essences for your combination, but if you feel you need more that is fine.
You will find a section in our ORDER FORM where you can request your combination. The cost is £7.95
Alternatively, if you prefer, there's a section on the form where you can describe your symptoms. We will then make up the combination for you based on the information you give. The cost for this is £15.00
You will receive your combination in a 30ml dropper bottle complete with instructions.
