Potions for Emotions was created by me, Dianna Hardy, mainly because I wanted to share with others how essences (flower, crystal and other) can be therapeutic and balancing to the mind, soul and spirit - many also find it benefits the body - as a form of healing in its own right.

I started on my 'metaphysical' path in 1998 when I discovered I could read the Tarot; this progressed to learning about other forms of metaphysical or energetic therapies such as crystal healing and flower remedies. Eventually, I found myself working in and managing complementary health shops and clinics while I continued with my studies of complementary medicines and shamanic healing... all which leant itself to my love of and natural ability to see and work with energies.

I am qualified and insured Essence Practitioner.
